When you take your FAA checkride, you're tested on very specific elements involving Knowledge, Risk Management, and Skills. This use to come from the FAA's PTS (Practical Test Standards), but has changed in recent years to the ACS (Airmen Certification Standards), which this notepad is modeled after! Each notepad contains 50 tear-away (5.5" x 8.5" half-letter) sheets - fill it out, reference it, debrief with it, then tear it away for the next flight!
