If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product and would like a refund, you may send the products to be returned (along with a copy of the order invoice) to:

Upon receipt of the items, we will issue a refund for the contained item if the items are undamaged and in UNUSED condition.

All US orders are shipped via flat-rate mail based on weight ranges.

International shipping is at the discretion of Aviation101 and may be subject to additional customs or other charges imposed by that country.  By placing an order, customer assumes those charges.  Shipping transit times on these orders will vary and will depend on your country of residence.
